“互联网＋”背景下天津港建设智慧港口发展模式研究

摘要

The key to promote the competitiveness and further development of a harbour is to facilitate its construction de-pending on information technology such as internet,cloud computation and big data based on an internet perspective. The“Internet+” is the inevitable choice to promote the upgrading and transformation of Chinese enterprises.This paper intro-duces smart port development of domestic ports under the“Internet+”background.Through discussing the strategic signifi-cance of building smart port in Tianjin,the framework and implementation scheme of Tianjin smart port were proposed.%运用互联网思维，借力物联网、云计算、大数据等信息化技术推进港口建设是提升港口竞争能力，促进其进一步发展的关键。介绍了在“互联网＋”背景下国内主要港口建设“智慧港口”的发展情况，并对天津港建设“智慧港口”的战略意义进行了详细分析和研究，提出了天津港发展智慧型港口的结构框架和实施方案。
