基于气敏传感器的研究与电路设计

     

摘要

Gas sensors,also called gas detectors,are usually used for the detection of combustible and toxic gases. There are many kinds of gas sensors. Based on applied gas sensitive materials and gas sensitive properties,they can be categorized as semiconductors,solid electrolytes,electric chemical formulas,contact combustion types and high molecular formulas. The HS–3C alcohol concentration test circuit can test alcohol consumption and alcohol concentration for drivers and people engaging in highly dangerous works and it is also able to show the approximate scope of alcohol consumption;M008 can detect a variety of combustible gases and toxic gases;and a QM-N5-based circuit is not only used for town gas detection, but also for the detection of almost every common combustible gases.%气体传感器又称“气敏传感器”,常用的气体传感器主要用来检测可燃、有毒气体。其种类繁多,按所用气敏材料及气敏特性的不同,可分为半导体式、固体电解质式、电化学式、接触燃烧式、高分子式等种类。由 HS-3C 核心元件设计的酒精浓度测试电路可以用来测试驾驶员、其他风险作业人员是否饮酒或探测乙醇的浓度;用M008设计的气体浓度检测电电路可以检测多种可燃、有毒气体;由QM-N5核心元件设计的煤气浓度检测电路不仅用于煤气,几乎可以检测所有常用可燃气体。
