盐水精制中去除钙镁的工艺比选

As the sodium in soda ash comes from sodium chloride, in order to improve the product quality, the refiningof brine becomes the first major process. Main impurities in crude brine include calcium, magnesium, sulfate radicals and sedi-ments, among which calcium and magnesium icons play a critical role in forming insoluble substances in soda ash. Through the calculation and analysis of the brine refining process, as well as the reaction time & residence time of brine refining, the optimal brine refining process was selected.%由于纯碱中的钠来源于食盐中的氯化钠，因此在纯碱生产中，为了提高纯碱产品的质量，盐水的精制成为纯碱生产中第一道重要工序，粗盐水中的主要杂质为钙、镁、硫酸根以及泥沙等，而其中除去会在纯碱产品中产生不溶物杂质的钙、镁离子尤为关键。通过对盐水精制工艺论述及盐水精制反应时间、停留时间的计算和分析，选择最佳的盐水精制工艺流程。
