加气浮选器收油自动化升级改造

         

摘要

Floatation cell depends on making bubbles into oily water to effectively skim oil and suspended mattersfrom sewage. Many offshore oil platforms usually use it as the second sewage facility. However, in order to adjust the liquid level, operators have to climb to the top of the facility and manually carry out height adjustment of weir-plate, which increases the workload. The handwheel actuator on flotation cell of JZ25-1S Oil Field was transformed from manual control to the CCR computer control, which greatly reduces the workload of operators and considerably improves skimming efficiency.%加气浮选器利用在含油污水中通入的大量气泡作为载体,使油珠和悬浮物与污水分离,除油效果十分明显,众多海洋石油平台青睐于将其作为生产污水处理系统的二级设备。由于目前调整收油液位高度只能由人工攀爬到罐顶手动调节堰板高度实现,大大增加了现场员工的工作量,锦州25-1南油气田对加气浮选器上控制堰板高度的执行机构手轮进行了智能化改造,将人工调节变为中控电脑控制调节,极大减少了现场员工的工作量,收油效果也得到了明显改善。
