我国跨境电子商务发展态势及对策研究

摘要

From the aspects of cross-border electronic commerce and competition of international trade,cross-border e-commerce to promote the economic integration of Chinese enterprises and the world,technology innovation and model innovation,this paper summarizes the development trend of cross-border e-commerce and points out that the development of cross-border e-commerce has become a major strategic option for many countries in participating in international competi-tion.In addition,main problems of electronic commerce in the settlement of customs clearance,cost,personnel,etc. were analyzed.In the end,countermeasures and suggestions were put forward from five aspects,including strengthening policy innovation,promoting the cross-border e-commerce applications in technology-based Small and Medium-sized En-terprises,promoting cross-border e-commerce service model innovation,promoting cross-border e-commerce venture financing and strengthening cross-border e-commerce talent cultivation.%从跨境电子商务与国际贸易竞争、跨境电子商务推动中国企业与世界经济融合、技术创新、模式创新四方面总结阐述了跨境电子商务这一业态的发展态势，指出发展跨境电子商务成为许多国家参与国际竞争与分工的重要战略选择。分析了电子商务在通关结汇、成本、人才等方面存在的主要问题，从强化政策创新、推动科技型中小企业跨境电子商务应用、推进跨境电子商务服务模式创新、推动跨境电子商务创业融资、加强跨境电子商务人才培养五方面提出对策建议。
