Objective:To observe the response of endothelial cells to the stimuli of dentinal tubule-derived caries during the development of caries. Methods: Immunohistochemical staining was performed with anti-vWF as the marker of endothelial cells in normal and carious dental pulp. The qualitative and quantitative analysis of the positive vessels was carried out. Results: The number of vWF-positive vessel increased in dental pulp of the carious teeth,and there was a significant difference between dentinal carious groups and the normal group (P <0.01). Conclusion:Endothelial cell plays an important role in hemostasis and repair of dental pulp.%目的:观察龋病发展进程中,血管内皮细胞对龋源性刺激的反应。方法:采用yon Willebrand's Factor标记正常和龋病牙髓中的血管内皮细胞,进行了定性和定量分析。结果:龋病牙髓中vWF阳性的血管增多,牙本质龋各组和正常组之间比较均有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:血管内皮细胞在维持牙髓自身稳定和修复中起重要作用。
