儿童左冠状动脉起源于右冠状窦一例

摘要

Anomalous coronary artery origin includes a variety of congenital coronary vascular variations. The left main coronary artery opening in the right coronary sinus is a rare and serious coronary artery malformation. The symptoms of angina, syncope and myocardial ischemia were found in this patient, but some patients showed no clinical symptoms and died suddenly after strenuous exercise. To improve the understanding of the disease early, the early surgery is the key to improve the prognosis.%冠状动脉起源异常包括多种类型的先天性冠状动脉血管变异.左冠状动脉主干开口于右冠状动脉窦是一种罕见而且预后严重的冠状动脉畸形.本例患儿有心绞痛、晕厥和心肌缺血的症状,但另一部分患者无临床症状,在剧烈运动后可发生猝死.如何早期提高对本病的认识,一旦诊断尽早手术是改善预后的关键.
