Indictment strategy is the strategy and tactics used and designed according to the circumstances of the case to control the risk in the prosecution of criminal cases when prosecutors by the legal value judgment use public prosecution right to make prosecution of the criminal suspects. The prosecution strategy provides the solution for realizing the right of public prosecution value pursuit, which is of great significance in the practice. After the revised Code of Criminal Procedure, the introduction of the standard of proof beyond a rea-sonable doubt presents new challenges and provides new opportunities on the selection and application of public prosecution strategy.
