牙鲆早期胚胎发育的盐度胁迫研究

         

摘要

The effect of different salinity on float ing natures and early embryo development of fertilized eggs from Paralichthys olivaceus breed in sea water were studied. The research results showed that fertilized eggs floating in seawater with salinity above 30, 27.5 as a state of suspension, sinking under the salinity 25. Suitable salinity ranged from 25 to 45 in incubation period, and the optimum salinity ranged from 30 to 35. Hatching rate of fertilized eggs dropped significantly and deformity rate rose in juveniles with the salinity 15 ~ 20 and 45 ~ 50. The tolerance from salinity variation in gastrula stage was better than blastula stage and the blastula stage was better than 4 cells stage.%研究了盐度对牙鲆受精卵的沉浮性及早期胚胎发育的影响.结果表明:受精卵在海水盐度30以上为浮性,盐度27.5时为悬浮,盐度25以下为沉性;孵化期适盐范围为25~45,最适盐度范围为30~35;在盐度15~20和45~50下,牙鲆受精卵孵化率显著下降,仔鱼的畸形率大幅上升;牙鲆原肠期对盐度变化的耐受力高于囊胚期,囊胚期高于4细胞期.
