Taking Androsace longifolia sterile seedlings as experimental materials, the effects of plant growth regulator, macroelement, agar, sugar and dark treatment on Androsace longifolia blade callus induction was studied. The results showed that 2,4-D better suited to Androsace longifolia blade callus induction, the most suitable medium was MS basic medium supplemented with 1.0 mg·L-1 2,4-D+0.2 mg·L-1 6-BA+3%sucrose+0.8%agar, induction rate was 95.0%;dark treatment was not conducive Androsace leaf callus induction.%以长叶点地梅(Androsace longifolia)无菌实生苗为试验材料,研究植物生长调节剂、大量元素、琼脂、蔗糖、暗处理等因子对长叶点地梅愈伤组织诱导的影响.结果表明,2,4-D更适合长叶点地梅叶片愈伤的诱导,诱导愈伤组织最适宜的培养基是MS基本培养基附加1.0 mg·L-1 2,4-D+0.2 mg·L-1 6-BA+3%蔗糖+0.8%琼脂,诱导率为95.0%;暗处理不利于长叶点地梅叶片愈伤的诱导.
