基于燃煤电厂“超低排放”的海水脱硫系统性能评估与建议

         

摘要

A“ultra-low emission” coal-fired power plant along the east coast of China was selected to sample and test SO2 , dust, PM2. 5 , SO3 , mercury and its compounds capture performance of seawater desulfurization device, and its three months each pollutant on-line monitoring data and control parameter was analyzed to comprehensive assess the pollutant standard and device stability. At last put forward technological improvement measures, operation optimization countermeasures as well as the supervision and management was proposed.%以我国东部沿海某“超低排放”燃煤电厂配套的海水脱硫装置为研究对象,实测其对SO2、烟尘、PM2.5、SO3、汞及其化合物的捕集性能,同时分析其三个月各污染物在线监测数据及控制参数,对污染物达标性与装置稳定性进行全面系统地综合评估,提出技术改进的措施、运行优化对策以及监督管理的建议。
