修造船业是能耗物耗较大并产生一定污染的产业。在该行业开展清洁生产、节能减排工作，减少其资源能源消耗、控制污染物的产生和排放，是行业转型升级的必经之路。结合舟山扬帆集团、龙山船厂、中远船务、万邦永跃修造船厂、欧华造船等五个主要修造船企业的清洁生产、节能减排技术方案调查分析，对其中可操作性强、环境效益较好的技术进行总结，为修造船企业开展清洁生产和节能减排工作提供技术参考。%Shipbuilding and repair industry consumes a great deal of energy and material resources , and produces a certain amount of pollution at the same time .Promoting clean production , energy saving and emission reduction in this industry can reduce the consumption of energy and material resources , and control the production and emission of pollution .This is the only way to realize the transformation and upgrading of the industry .According to the investigation and analysis of five main enterprises , which are Zhoushan Yangfan Groups Co ., Ltd., Longshan Shipyard Co ., Ltd., Cosco-Shipyard Groups Co ., Ltd., Zhoushan IMC-Yongyue Shipyard and Engineering Co ., Ltd., and Zhejiang Ouhua Shipbuilding Co ., Ltd., this paper summarizes the technologies that are highly operational and environment -friendly, and provides technical reference for the shipbuilding and repair industry to implement operations of clean production , energy saving and emission reduction .
