发电厂水汽中有机物含量控制指标探讨

             

摘要

Because the water-steam system is more vulnerable to chlorine,sulphur,phosphorus and other components in organics,it is important for power plants to control the content of organics in water and steam.However,the conventional determination of organics (TOC)only represents the carbon content in organics,excluding chlorine,sulfur and other more corrosive elements.Therefore,a more advanced determi-nation method containing all of the components (TOCi)in organics was proposed.The actual application proved the TOCi can be more exact in organic determination.It is suggested the TOCi be applied instead of the TOC to evaluate the organics content in water for power plants.%许多火电机组在运行中出现汽轮机低压缸叶片严重腐蚀的问题,分析发现水汽中氢电导率超标,但总有机碳(TOC)含量却正常。进一步研究发现腐蚀是由水汽中有机物所含有的卤素、硫等侵蚀性杂质元素所致。为此提出,采用包括氯、硫等杂质原素在内的总有机碳离子(TO-Ci)作为有机物含量的表征参数,其值大于仅含碳元素的 TOC 值。实际应用表明,相比TOC,TOCi更能真实地反应介质中有机物的含量。建议电厂采用该指标用以评价水汽系统中有机物的含量。
