阻抗谱法与等效电路法相结合的熔融碳酸盐燃料电池极化特性研究

         

摘要

To improve the performance of molten carbonate fuel cells (MCFC),single cells were tested by electrochemical impedance spectrum (EIS).Moreover,the ZSimpWin software was used for EIS fitting and analysis.The results show that,the performance of the membrane using water as the solvent was equiva-lent to that using n-butanol as the solvent.Compared to Ni electrode with steel support,the pure Ni elec-trode's performance has been improved,which was mainly due to the reduction in the charge transfer resist-ance of cathode and anode,and an increase in effective contacting area between the anode and electrolyte. When the single cell's area increased from 90 cm2 to 225 cm2 ,its Warburg impedance was increased by 3 6%.Therefore,improving the transportation performance of the fuel and oxidizer is one of the key points in large cell area development.%为了提高清洁高效发电技术—熔融碳酸盐燃料电池的性能,实验测试了电解质隔膜形式、电极种类以及电池有效面积的单电池电化学阻抗谱特性,并采用 ZSimpWin软件对测试结果进行了拟合和分析。结果表明:以水为溶剂的隔膜性能与以正丁醇为溶剂的隔膜性能相当;纯Ni电极较采用钢带为支撑的Ni电极性能提升,主要是由于阴阳极电荷转移电阻的显著降低以及阳极与电解质间有效接触面积(电池面积)的增大;当单电池面积增大时,电池的瓦伯格阻抗增大了36%。可见,在电池面积放大过程中,改善燃料和氧化剂的输运特性是大面积电池开发中的重点。
