O2/CO2燃烧方式下煤焦-NO 反应特性研究

     

摘要

Taking Lijiata bituminous chars and Jinjie bituminous chars as the object,the characteristics of NO-char reaction in atmosphere with high CO2 concentration were investigated in a fixed-bed reactor.The effects of reaction atmosphere,pyrolysis atmosphere,heating rate,coal particle size and minerals on the NO-char were obtained.The experimental results show that,high concentration of CO2 was detrimental to NO reduction by chars.There was a higher production of CO in high-concentration CO2 atmosphere than in N2 atmosphere,but it didn't accelerate the NO reduction.Pyrolysis atmosphere and heating rate had little effect on char reactivity.The char formed from smaller coal particle exhibited a stronger reactivity.Effects of mineral matters in coal char on NO reduction were different,depending on the specific ingredients.%利用固定床反应器装置对李家塔烟煤和锦界烟煤在高浓度 CO2气氛下煤焦异相还原 NO 的反应特性进行了实验研究,考察了反应气氛、制焦气氛、升温速率、煤粉粒径、煤焦中矿物质对煤焦异相还原 NO 的影响规律。结果表明:反应气氛中高浓度 CO2的存在不利于煤焦还原NO;相较 N2气氛,高浓度 CO2气氛下,反应过程中生成了大量 CO,但其并未对 NO 还原起促进作用;制焦气氛主要影响煤焦的含碳量,而对煤焦反应性的影响较小;升温速率对煤焦还原 NO 能力的影响较小;煤粉粒径越小其煤焦还原 NO 能力越强;煤焦中矿物质对煤焦还原NO 能力的影响不尽相同,取决于煤焦中矿物质的具体组分。
