为制定某电厂电除尘改造方案,对五电场电除尘与改一袋三电场电袋除尘2种改造方案进行了比较.最终确定采用电袋除尘方案,实施后的除尘系统烟尘排放质量浓度为21.2 mg/m3,满足环保要求,且在降低运行能耗上有较大优势,每年可节约运行维护费用约290万元.分析得出,采用电袋除尘方式对解决已建火电厂的烟气排放问题具有较好的节能减排效果.%To determine the retrofitting scheme for electrostatic precipitators (ESP)in a power unit,two transformation schemes were compared,the electric dust removal by five electric fields and electric-bag fil-ter dust removal by one bag filter and three electric fields.Finally,the electric-bag filter dust removal scheme was chosen.After this transformation was carried out,the dust emission concentration reduced to 21.2 mg/m3 ,which can meet the requirements of environmental protection.Furthermore,the annual opera-tion and maintenance cost can be saved by about 2.9 million yuan.Therefore,the electric-bag filter dust re-moval scheme can solve the dust emission issues for thermal power plants,and has excellent energy saving effect.
