尿素溶液单液滴热解特性正交试验

         

摘要

为了解尿素溶液单液滴热解的影响因素,使用由超声波悬浮仪、高速 CCD 照相机、CO2激光器和计算机组成的试验装置,通过正交试验方法研究液滴直径、蒸发热解能量(激光功率)和溶液质量分数对尿素溶液单液滴热解时间的影响.结果表明:液滴直径和激光功率对尿素溶液单液滴热解时间影响显著,溶液质量分数影响程度较弱;尿素溶液单液滴热解制氨最佳工艺参数为:直径300μm尿素溶液单液滴、36 W 的激光功率、质量分数为50%的尿素溶液.尿素溶液液滴在热解炉中最经济合理的停留时间为0.568 s.%Through test apparatus consisting of ultrasonic levitation apparatus,high speed CCD camera and CO2 laser,the orthogonal experiment method was applied to investigate the effect of such parameters as droplet diameter,laser power and urea solution concentration on pyrolysis time of the single droplet.The results show that,the droplet diameter and laser power have dramatic influence on the single urea droplet pyrolysis time,and the urea solution concentration has weaker influence.The best technical parameters of for the ammonia production by single urea droplet pyrolysis is:with the droplet diameter of 30μm,the laser power of 36 W and the urea solution concentration of 50%.The most economic and reasonable residence time of the urea droplets in the pyrolysis furnace is 0.568 s.
