溶胀预处理煤气化特性及动力学研究

         

摘要

采用热重分析对以N-甲基吡咯烷酮(NMP)为溶剂溶胀预处理的煤气化特性进行研究,考察了溶胀预处理温度、溶胀预处理时间及超声作用时间对褐煤气化特性的影响,同时研究了不同煤种溶胀预处理后的气化反应特性,并采用一级反应模型对其相应表观动力学参数进行了计算.结果表明:溶胀预处理后煤气化失重率提高,除贫煤外,烟煤、褐煤经溶胀预处理后其气化过程从两阶段失重变为三阶段失重,溶胀预处理有利于缩短反应时间;随着溶胀温度升高和超声作用时间增加,溶胀褐煤的气化失重率下降,溶胀预处理时间对褐煤最终失重率、反应速率影响较小;经过溶胀预处理,褐煤失重率提高幅度最大,贫煤次之,烟煤最小.%The gasification experiments of swelling coal using N-methyl pyrrolidone (NMP) as the solvent were carried out on a thermo-gravimetric analyzer. The influence of swelling paramters such as time, temperature and ultrasonic irradiation on gasification characteristics of lignite was investigated, and the gasification characteristics of different types of coal pretreated by swelling was also analyzed. Moreover, the relative apparent kinetics parameters were calculated by Coats-redfern method with the first order reaction. The results show that, the total conversion ratio of the swelling coal was improved, the gasification of all the coals but lean coal showed two-stage reactivity, it turned into three-stage reactivity after swelling pretreatment, indicating the swelling pretreatment helped shorterning the reaction time. Higher swelling temperature and longer ultrasonic irradiation time reduced mass loss of the lignite during gasification, and the swelling time had little effect on final weight loss rate and reaction rate of the lignite. After swelling, the increase of lignite's weight loss rate was the largest, while that of the bituminous coal was the smallest.
