抽汽供热机组滑压压力优化计算

         

摘要

In order to obtain the sliding pressures of steam turbine with extraction for heating,the matrix equation for steam and water in regenerative system was employed to analyze the characteristics of thermal power system under conditions with varying extraction flow,electrical loads and backpressures.On the basis of the unit's performance test data under pure condensing conditions,steam turbine valve discharge characteristics and output correction curves of backpressure,the optimization calculation method for the sliding pressure during heat supply period was put forward.Moreover,by taking a 350 MW unit as the example,this calculation method was applied to carry out varying load calculation on the basis of the rated-sliding pressure curves and test data,and the sliding pressures of this unit under conditions with different electricity loads,backpressures and extraction flows were obtained.The results show that,the proposed method is simple and effective,which has better practical engineering application and promotion value.%为了获得抽汽供热机组滑压运行的压力,利用回热系统汽水矩阵方程,分析了供热抽汽流量、电负荷、背压变化时机组热力系统变工况特性;基于火电机组在纯凝工况时的定滑压运行性能试验数据、调门流量特性曲线以及背压修正曲线,提出了汽轮机在供热期间运行的滑压压力优化计算方法;以某350MW机组为例,采用本文计算方法,对该机组纯凝工况的定滑压曲线及试验数据进行变工况计算,获得了不同电负荷、背压、供热抽汽流量下该机组的滑压压力值.结果表明:本文优化计算方法简捷、有效,具备较好的实际工程应用及推广价值.
