为防治530 MW俄制机组燃煤锅炉炉膛水冷壁高温腐蚀,在该锅炉上加装了非对称高速贴壁风系统,并进行了燃烧调整试验.结果表明,贴壁风改造后,锅炉水冷壁近壁气氛显著改善,炉膛水冷壁高温腐蚀得到有效防治,SCR反应器入口NOx质量浓度可控制在150~170 mg/m3,锅炉热效率提高0.2%,锅炉运行安全性、经济性和环保性显著提高,可为墙式对冲燃烧电站锅炉防治水冷壁高温腐蚀和NOx排放控制提供示范作用.%To prevent high temperature corrosion of water walls in boiler furnace and reduce NOx emission from a Russian-made 530 MW unit coal fired boiler,the non-symmetrical high speed closing-to-wall air system was designed and applied.Moreover,the corresponding combustion adjusting tests were carried out.The results show that,after the technical transformation and the combustion adjusting tests,the atmosphere close to the water wall was improved obviously,the high temperature corrosion on the water wall was dramatically prevented,the NOx concentration at the SCR reactor inlet can be kept between 150 mg/m3 and 170 mg/m3,and the boiler efficiency can be increased by 0.2%.The operating security,economy and environmental protection performance of the boiler improved obviously.The results have a demonstration function for NOx emission control and prevention of high temperature corrosion on water walls of the wall type opposed firing boilers.
