碱式硫酸铝解吸脱硫法催化氧化S(Ⅳ)试验

             

摘要

针对碱式硫酸铝解吸脱硫法,研究Fe2+、Fe3+和Mn2+单因素在不同浓度条件下对S(Ⅳ)的催化氧化效应和对SO2解吸率的影响.结果表明:当脱硫液中Fe2+浓度大于0.06 mol/L、Fe3+浓度大于0.04 mol/L或Mn2+浓度大于0.02 mol/L时,均可将S(Ⅳ)催化氧化为S(Ⅵ),导致SO2的解吸率降低,且离子浓度越高,催化氧化效果越显著,单位时间内SO2的解吸率越低;将脱硫液中Fe2+、Fe3+和Mn2+的浓度控制在上述范围内,可完全抑制其催化氧化作用.%In this test which is based on the basic aluminum sulfate desorption desulfurization method,the influence of Fe2+,Fe3+ and Mn2+ on catalytic oxidation of S(Ⅳ) and SO2 desorption rate was investigated.The results show that,when the concentration of Fe2+,Fe3+ or Mn2+ in the solution was higher than 0.06 mol/L,0.04 mol/L or 0.02 mol/L respectively,the S(Ⅳ) would be oxidized catalytically into S(Ⅵ),and the higher the ions concentration,the more dramatic the catalytic oxidation effects would be.Thus,the desorption rate of SO2 would be decreased.Therefore,if the concentration of Fe2+,Fe3+ and Mn2+ can be controlled within the above range respectively,the catalytic oxidation would be totally suppressed.
