超超临界锅炉受热面管材高温腐蚀试验

         

摘要

选择6种超超临界锅炉受热面管材,利用模拟高温烟气腐蚀试验台研究SO2体积分数、管壁温度以及不同相态对其腐蚀行为的影响,并在200 kW腐蚀试验台上进行实炉腐蚀试验.结果表明:SO2体积分数和管壁温度能够显著影响6种受热面管材的腐蚀程度,且气相腐蚀要远远弱于气-固相腐蚀;6种受热面管材的耐腐蚀性能从强至弱依次为HR3C、TP310、国产S30432、S30432、15CrMoG、12Cr1MoVG.在实炉腐蚀试验燃用硫分2.36%煤种时,6种受热面管材的平均年减薄量分别为0.03、0.04、0.14、0.18、0.91、1.04 mm/a,其实际腐蚀情况介于高温烟气腐蚀试验的气-固相腐蚀与气相腐蚀之间.%Taking six kinds of materials used for heating surface ofultra-supercritical boilers as the research objects,the simulated high temperature corrosion test bench was utilized to investigate the effects of SO2 volume fraction,tube wall temperature and fluid phase on degree of corrosion.Moreover,the actual corrosion experiments were carried out on a 200 kW corrosion test bench.The results show that,the SO2 concentration and tube wall temperature had significant influence on the corrosion degree of the heating surface,and the gas phase corrosion was much weaker than the gas-solid phase corrosion.From strong to weakness,the corrosion resistance of the 6 heating surface materials was HR3C,TP310,domestic S30432,S30432,15CrMoG and 12CrlMoVG.The 200 kW corrosion tests show that the average thickness reduction of the 6 heating surface materials were 0.03,0.04,0.14,0.18,0.91 and 1.04 mm/a when burning the coal with w(S)t,ar of 2.36%.The actual corrosion of the heating surface materials was between the gas-solid phase corrosion and the gas phase corrosion in the simulated high temperature corrosion test.
