论赫哲族伊玛堪保护

摘要

Heilongjiang has rich intangible cultural heritage. Imakan condensed history and culture,was live epic of Hezhe Minority.With the rapid development of social economy and the life change of hunting and fishing,Imakan became one of UNESCO urgent need of protection of intangible cultural heritage.And because Hezhe minority has no letters,imakan is passed by oral transmission. We must follow Law of Intangible Cultural Heritage of the P.R.C, combined the present intelletual property laws.%　　达斡尔族、鄂伦春族、蒙古族、满族和汉族等人民在黑龙江这片黑土地长期的生产生活中形成了诸多文化内容的传统民间文化活动，赋予了黑龙江丰富的非物质文化遗产。其中，赫哲族的伊玛堪更是浓缩的赫哲族历史精神与文化精华，是赫哲族的活态史诗。但随着社会经济的发展及赫哲族渔猎生活的变迁，伊玛堪成为联合国教科文组织急需保护的非物质文化遗产而亟待保护。根据赫哲族没有文字，伊玛堪口头传统表达形式的特点，应遵循《中华人民共和国非物质文化遗产法》的规定并结合现行的知识产权法律法规给予保护，以期黑龙江的赫哲族的这项民族史诗能够传承发展。
