As now technology of rapid development, network is change with human of lifestyle, production and education way, before of thought political education of carrier in new technology of effect Xia also occurs with deep of changes, content of changes, way, and range, all area, these changes for thought political work education who, education object are is a grim of challenge, also directly effect with education of quality, for the effect of the ideological and political education, ideological and political education is critical to the development of this discipline, recognizing that these new changes and new laws in order to adapt to the pace of social development at the present stage, to best play the role of the ideological and political education to social development.%　　随着现代科技的迅猛发展，网络正在改变着人类的生活方式、生产方式和教育方式，从前的思想政治教育的载体在新科技的影响下也发生着深刻的变化，内容包括、方式、范围等各个方面的变化，这些变化对于思想政治教育工作者，教育对象都是一个严峻的挑战，也直接影响着教育的质量，对于整个思想政治教育的效果及思想政治教育这门学科的发展都是至关重要的，认识到这些新变化和新规律，才能在现阶段适应社会的发展步伐，最大程度地发挥思想政治教育对社会发展所起的作用。
