城市化进程中流动商贩群体面临的困境分析

Nowadays, our country's economy and modernization makes great progress with the acceleration of urbanization process. Meanwhile, there are still many problems in the administrative process of urban society. For the sake of improving social management and fulfilling governmental social functions properly, the dilemma of mobile vendors in the process of urbanization can be analyzed systematically from three angles. First, social environment in cities has been changed profoundly. Second, mobile vendors in urban society have weak position in economy and capability. Third, there has exposed the contradiction between the administrative power of urban management department and the self-employment right of mobile vendors.%城市化进程的加快既带来了经济建设的巨大成就，也凸显出城市社会管理领域的诸多问题。城市化进程中流动商贩群体面临的主要困境可以从城市社会环境的深刻转变、流动商贩群体自身的弱势地位、城管执法的行政权力与流动商贩的自雇就业权利之间的矛盾等角度展开系统分析，继而为改进社会管理、完善政府社会职能提供参考。
