宋教仁思想研究综述

Song Jiaoren is a pioneer of the democratic revolution in modern China, The main founder of the Republic of china, the first political activist advocated to the cabinet system in the early Republic of China. The study on the famous historical bourgeois revolution characters in a high position, high impact is not enough.After the 1978 of the third plenary session of the eleven meeting of the party,Study on Song Jiaoren's historiography was gradually.Based on the summary of domestic review about the research of Song Jiaoren thought form1992 to 2012, the paper research on Song Jiaoren's political thought, patriotism, legal and other aspects of thinking.%宋教仁是中国近代民主革命的先驱、“中华民国”的主要缔造者、“民国”初期首位倡导内阁制的政治活动家。长期以来史学界对这样一位地位高、影响大的资产阶级革命人物的研究却不够，1978年党的十一届三中全会召开之后，史学界对宋教仁的研究才逐渐深入。通过对1992年至2012年国内关于宋教仁思想研究的回顾和总结，围绕宋教仁的政治思想、爱国主义思想、法律思想等方面进行研究综述。
