文化视域下的离退休工作探索

摘要

The culture is not only an important part of the economy, is an important lever to promote economic development, but also represents the degree of civilization of a country and nation, the level of development. The article pointed out that with the aging of our population is becoming increasingly urgent, the premise of retired work can do is to recognize and value the cultural needs of the retired personnel, with particular emphasis on the role of the retired management of cultural intervention is to improve the retired effective way to manage the level of work.%　　文化不仅是经济的重要组成部分，是推动经济发展的重要杠杆，同时也代表着一个国家和民族的文明程度、发展水平。随着我国人口老龄化程度日趋紧迫，离退休工作能否做好的前提是认清和重视离退休人员对文化方面的需求，尤其注重离退休管理工作中文化介入的作用，是提高离退休管理工作水平的有效途径。
