试论中国海权意识的嬗变

摘要

The consciousness of Chinese sea power originated from the foreign colonial aggression in the late of Qing Dynasty. In the development process more than a century, with the changes of the domestic and international situation, the consciousness of Chinese sea power has been through four stages: germination, awakening, promotion and flourishing. The lagging germination and the slowly development is the double feature of it.%中国海权意识的产生起始于晚清的殖民侵略时期，在一个多世纪的发展进程中，伴随着国内外形势的变迁，历经萌发、觉醒、提升和勃兴四个阶段，呈现出萌发滞后、发展缓慢的双重特征。
