我国城市社区养老问题探究

摘要

With the rapid development of Chinese aging population, the problem of the elderly has become an important problem of Chinese old-age security system. However,due to the change of family structure, the traditional family support has been unable to meet the pension needs of the elderly in China at present, the community endowment as a new way of pension,becomes more and more important. This article analysis our country urban community endowmentthe current situation, and summarized the existing problem,and put forward the suggestions.%随着我国人口老龄化的快速发展，老年人的养老问题已成为我国养老保障事业中存在的一个不容忽视的问题。然而由于家庭结构的不断变化，传统的家庭养老已经不能适应我国目前老年人的养老需要，社区养老作为一种新的养老方式，地位变得越来越重要。文章从我国目前城市社区养老的现状入手，分析了我国社区养老在观念、资金、法规、社区发展等方面存在的问题，提出了完善我国城市社区养老问题的建议。
