新形势下健全党员进出机制问题探讨

摘要

thinking from the existing problems and the existing practice of the party import and mechanism.The improvement of this mechanism mainly base on strengthening exit and improving quality of entry,and the difficulty lies in the enter and exit of leading cadres and party representatives,and the essence lies in the full and effective implementation of inner-party democracy whose core is inner - party election and supervise. Accordingly,we should deepen reform of separate of party and government and strengthen legal construction to achieve modernization of party.We may establish the political party law to regulate,and trial full system of party representatives to maintain the driving force of advanced nature.%从党员进出机制存在的问题和已有实践举措进行思考。党员队伍能进能出机制的完善主要是吐故的健全和纳新的提质，难点在于党员领导干部和党代表的能进能出，本质在于党内选举和监督为核心的党内民主的充分有效实行。相应的要加大党政分开的改革与法治建设，实现政党的现代化，可设立政党法来规范，试行党代表专职制来保持先进性的内驱力。
