高校80后辅导员师德建设对90后大学生干部培养的影响

摘要

80后辅导员已成为目前高校辅导员当中的新生力量。80后辅导员由于家庭、阅历不足、工作量强度太大、高校重视科研轻德育建设等原因，加之自身师德建设的不足，会对90后大学生干部的道德素养的培养造成不良影响。鉴于80后辅导员与90后大学生干部的特殊关系，为保证90后大学生干部培养的质量，80后辅导员应当加强自身师德建设，确保大学生思想政治教育工作的有效开展。%Post—80’s counselors at present have become a new force of college counselors.Because of great family stress,intense workload,lacking of experience,that universities pay more attention on science research than morality construction and so on,post—80s’counselors would cause harmful effects on the morality cultivation of post—90s college students cadres. In view of the special relationship between post—80’s counselor and post—90s college student cadres,in order to ensure the quality of the post—90s college students’cadres,post—80’s counselors should strengthen the morality construction and ensure the effective development of college students ’ ideological and political education.
