The Successful Exploration of Cultivating College Counselors under the New Circumstances

The ideological and political education work force of college students are the main School and the Communist Youth League cadres in party and government cadres, political theory and the idea of philosophy and social sciences teachers, counselors and form teachers [1]. Counselors are the most direct and important organizers and managers of the ideological and political education of students' key, so the ranks of counselors are important ensurement of organization and long-term mechanism to strengthen and improve ideological and political education of college students. Henan Polytechnic University, under the new situation in the ranks of college counselors building, has made a number of successful explorations in cultivating college counselors.
