大学生对结核病防治知识认知情况研究

摘要

目的：探究影响大学生对结核病防治认知的主要因素，并结合影响因素提出提高大学生对防治结核病措施接受度的相关建议。方法通过对大学生防治认知的问卷调查，采用二元Logistic回归分析方法，分析影响大学生对结核病防治认知的因素。结论影响大学生对结核病防治认知的因素主要有7项，其中曾主动了解对模型的贡献最大，其次是医学专业和大型宣传活动；学校的健康教育影响最小，且与大学生对结核病防治认知呈负相关。%Objective To explore the influence factors of tuberculosis prophylaxis and treatment in undergraduate ’s cognition and making suggestions for improving acceptance according to the influences.Methods The questionnaire was conducted for the cognition of undergraduate,and the surveys were analyzed through the binary logistic regression model.Conclusion Seven main factors have impact on cognition of tuberculosis prophylaxis and treatment.Studying initiatively is the most statistic significant factor.The second is major in medical,and the third is large-scale activities.The lowest factor is health education in school which is negatively related to the level of cognition.
