p38MAPK信号转导通路与消化道肿瘤关系的研究进展

摘要

Mitogen-activated protein kinases (MAPKs) is one of the crucial intracellular signal transduction pathways,it possesses multiple functions in regulating cellular growth, proliferation,differentiation and apoptosis. P38MAPK is an important subfamily of MAPKs, and is closely associated with the occurrence, development, metastasis and prognosis of tumor, it has important reference value in the clinical works.The morbidity and mortality of digestive system tumors are extremely high. This article summaries the progress in study on the roles of p38MAPK signal transduction pathway in digestive system tumors.%　　丝裂原活化蛋白激酶(mitogen-activated protein kinases,MAPKs)是细胞内重要的信号传导途径之一,具有调节细胞生长、发育、分化、凋亡等多重功能.p38MAPK通路是MAPK家族的重要组成部分,与肿瘤的发生、发展、转移、预后等密切相关,在临床工作中具有重要的参考价值.消化道肿瘤的发病率和病死率均极高,本文就近年p38MAPK信号转导通路在消化道肿瘤中作用的研究进展作一详细介绍.
