扩大式翼点入路在重型脑挫裂伤手术中的应用及体会

摘要

Objective To investigate the expansion of the type pterion surgery in severe brain injury and efficacy experience. Methods A retrospective analysis of 37 patients with severe brain injury patients to adopt the of extended pterion of clinical information and surgical methods. Results 37 patients with severe brain injury patients to expand wing point into the surgical treatment, 10 cases of good recovery, mild disability in 12 cases, in residues 9 cases, vegetative state, 23 cases, 5 cases died. Conclusion Extended pterional due to the use of bone window hematoma and contusion foci exposure fully and completely surgical removal, vacuum effect, to obtain satisfactory clinical results.%目的探讨扩大式翼点入路在重型脑挫裂伤手术中的应用及疗效。方法回顾性分析37例重型脑挫裂伤患者采用扩大式翼点入路的临床资料及手术方法。结果37例重型脑挫裂伤患者经扩大式翼点入路手术治疗后，恢复良好10例，轻残12例，中残8例，植物状态生存2例，死亡5例。结论扩大式翼点入路由于所采用的骨窗使得脑挫裂伤灶及血肿暴露更加充分，手术清除彻底，减压效果好，故可获得满意的临床效果。
