自拟正色丸配菟骨铜酊治疗白癜风118例疗效观察

摘要

目的观察自拟正色丸配菟骨铜酊治疗白癜风的临床疗效。方法118例白癜风患者使用自拟正色丸内服配合菟骨铜酊外用的方法进行治疗。结果118例患者治愈32例，占27.12%；显效53例，占44.91%；好转21例，占17.80%；无效12例，占10.17%，总有效率为89.83%。结论自拟方法治疗白癜风的效果显著高于单纯外用补骨脂酊（79.5%）[朱铁君.治白癜风贵在持之以恒[J].健康报，1995，4（2）：116-118.]的治疗效果。%Objective To treat vitiligo in department of dermatology. Methods Self-made orthochromatic pill with cuscuta bone copper tincture was used in the treatment of vitiligo. Results In 118 cases, 32 cases were cured and accounted for 27.12%, 53 effective cases accounted for 44.91%, 21 cases were improved and accounted for 17.80%, 12 ineffective cases accounted for 10.17%,and the total efficiency was 89.83%. Conclusion The self-made method was significantly higher than that of simple external tincture(79.5%).
