经尺骨鹰嘴截骨入路双钢板固定治疗成人肱骨髁间粉碎性骨折的疗效观察

摘要

Objectives To discuss double-plates fixation through olecranon of ulna osteotomy for treating the humeral intercondylar comminute fracture.Methods Retrospectively evaluated 66 cases of humeral intercondylar comminute fracture from January 2005 to December 2012.Results All cases had good joint reduction and 83.3% of them had anatomical reduction. The good rate of elbow Cassebaum functional score at the last fellow-up was 80.3%. Conclusions Double-plates fixation through olecranon of ulna osteotomy is a good method for treating the humeral intercondylar comminute fracture.%目的：探讨经尺骨鹰嘴截骨入路双钢板固定治疗肱骨髁间粉碎性骨折的疗效。方法回顾性分析2005年1月—2012年12月我院采用尺骨鹰嘴截骨入路双钢板固定的66例肱骨髁间骨折患者。结果所有患者均获得了良好的关节复位，其中83.3%的患者获得了解剖复位。末次随访时肘关节Cassebaum功能评分显示总体优良率80.3%，效果令人满意。结论经尺骨鹰嘴截骨入路双钢板双侧固定法治疗成人肱骨髁间粉碎性骨折能取得令人满意的临床疗效，值得推广。
