牛仔的臭氧预处理与复合酶退浆酶洗一步法加工技术(待续)

             

摘要

针对传统两步法浪费与污染问题,以臭氧处理时间、复合酶用量、酶洗温度和时间为影响因子,按正交实验设计方案对靛蓝牛仔织物进行一步法生物整理,通过测定织物退浆率、颜色、拉伸强力、耐摩擦色牢度、毛效、毛羽数量和抗弯长度评价复合酶体系作用效果,得出各指标最佳处理工艺条件和各因素作用大小.在相应的最佳条件下处理织物,对测得的退浆率、K/S值、白度、强力、毛效、毛羽数量和抗弯长度7项指标进行灰色聚类分析,综合评价处理效果并得出最佳工艺条件:臭氧处理时间2 min,酶用量1 g/L,酶洗温度60℃,酶洗时间30 min.通过与传统两步法进行比较表明,优化条件下的臭氧预处理+复合酶生物整理的效果优于传统两步法.%To solve the problems of waste and pollution in the traditional two-step method, the ozone treatment time, dosage of composite enzyme, enzyme-washing temperature and time were used as the influencing factors. The indigo denim fabric was treated through one-step biological finishing according to orthogonal design. The optimal treatment technique and functions of the factors have been investigated by measuring desizing rate, color, tensile strength, rubbing fastness, capillary effect, the number of hairiness and bending stiffness for evaluating the effects of the composite enzyme. The further treatment was carried out according to the optimal treatment conditions, and the obtained desizing rate, K/S value, whiteness, strength, capillary effect, the number of hairiness and bending stiffness were analyzed by grey-cluster analysis. After comprehensive evaluation of the treatment effects, an optimal desizing conditions were obtained: the ozone time of 2 min, composite enzyme dosage of 1 g/L, enzyme-washing temperature of 60 ℃ and the enzyme-washing time of 30 min. Further comparison showed that the performance of the ozone pretreatment plus composite enzyme treatment under optimized condition was better than that of traditional two-step method.
