基于生物基材料的锦涤T400织物染整加工

摘要

为了使染整加工后的生物基锦涤T400 织物染色效果均匀,无皱印、擦伤等病疵,选用高温高液流染色机进行染色加工;选取合适的前处理、染色、定型等工序,保证织物开纤充分,染色后的织物满足来样定制需要.生产结果表明,加工后的织物色彩重现性好,手感柔软丰盈,纬向弹力效果明显,且满足相关服用要求.%In order to realize dyeing uniform, without any defects such as wrinkles and scratches for the biobased nyloll/polyester T400 fabric, the high temperature and high liquid dyeing machine is chosen for dyeing processing. The optimal pre-treatment, dyeing, shaping and other processes are selected to ensure that the fabric is fully opened, and the dyed fabric meets the requirements of customization.The results show that the color reproduction of the processed fabric is excellent, the handle feels soft and full, the weft elastic effect is obvious, and the fabric meets the related wearing requirements.
