无醛固色剂LDE的合成与应用

摘要

以二甲胺与环氧氯丙烷合成了无醛固色剂LDE,通过正交实验得出了固色剂的最佳合成条件:二甲胺60 g、环氧氯丙烷40 g、30℃反应,滴加3h.并考察了固色整理的最佳条件:固色剂25 g/L、固色液pH=6、160℃焙烘3min.在该条件下将LDE用于染色后的棉织物固色整理,得出固色后织物的湿摩擦牢度为4级、未检测出甲醛、手感无变化.%Formaldehyde-free fixing agent LDE was prepared by using dimethylamine and epichloroydrin as materials. The optimal synthesis conditions were obtained through orthogonal experiment: 60 g of dimethylamine, 40 g of epichloroydrin, reacted at 30 °C, dropped for 3 h. The optimal fixation technology was: 25 g/L of fixing agent, the pH value of fixing solution was 6, cured at 160 °C for 3 min. LDE was used in fixation of reactive dyed cotton fabrics. The wet rubbing fastness of fixed fabric was level 4, formaldehyde was not detected, and the handle had no change.
