The intermediate A was prepared at suitable temperature by using polycarbonate diols (PCDL) and allyl glycidyl ether (AGE) as monomers, with SnCI4as catalyst. Bright polyacrylate was prepared using A, methyl methacrylate (MMA), butyl acrylate (BA), styrene (St), and acrylic acid (AA) as monomers, with ammonium per-sulfate [(NH4)2S2O8] as initiator, with sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) and Span80 as emulsifiers [m(SDS):m(Span80) =1:3]. The structure and properties were characterized by infrared spectrum (FT-IR), scanning electron microscope (SEM), thermo-gravimetric/differential thermal analyzer (TG-DTA) and Zeta electric potential and particle size analysis. The optimal synthesis process was obtained: the dosages of PCDL, emulsifier and initiator was 18%, 4% and 0.5% (to total monomers mass). The synthesis temperature of A was 90 °C. The prepared polyacrylate emulsion had good stability and film forming properties. The coating finished fabrics had good bright performance.%以聚碳酸酯二元醇(PCDL)、烯丙基缩水甘油醚(AGE)为原料,SnCl4为催化剂,在合适温度下反应得到中间体A,再以A、甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)、苯乙烯(St)和丙烯酸(AA)为原料,过硫酸铵[(NH4)2S2O8]为引发剂,十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)和Span80为乳化剂,合成光亮型聚丙烯酸酯(PA).通过红外光谱仪(FT-IR)、扫描电镜(SEM)、热性能分析(TG-DTA)、Zeta电位测定和粒径分析,表征光亮型聚丙烯酸酯乳液的结构和性能.经优化得到较佳合成工艺:PCDL、乳化剂[m(SDS)∶m(Span80)=1∶3]和引发剂用量分别为18%、4%和0.5%(对单体总质量),合成A的温度为90℃.制备的聚丙烯酸酯乳液稳定,成膜性能好,经其涂层整理的织物表面具有较好的光亮性能.
