过氧化氢活化剂氨基甲酰磺酸钠的制备与应用

Amino sodium formyl sulfonate was prepared using sodium cyanate and sodium bisulfite under pH 5.0-5.5 at room temperature. The capillary electrophoresis and IR analysis indicated that the reaction could finish in 30 min. The application experiments showed that amino sodium formyl sulfonate had better bleaching activation effect than TAED under pH 5-11.5 at 20-95 °C, especially at pH=7 and lower than 50 °C, the effect was more significantly.%采用氰酸钠和亚硫酸氢钠在室温和pH 5.0～5.5条件下,合成氨基甲酰磺酸钠,通过毛细管电泳和红外光谱分析,该反应在30 min内即可完成.应用试验表明:氨基甲酰磺酸钠在pH 5～11.5、20～95℃均显示出比TAED更加优异的漂白活化效果,特别是在pH=7,温度≤50℃时,效果更加明显.
