以八甲基环四硅氧烷(D4)、N-β-氨乙基-γ-氨丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷(HD-103)和十八烷基甲基二甲氧基硅烷(HD-118)为单体,采用阳离子乳液聚合工艺制备反应性有机硅乳液.通过透射电镜、激光粒度仪、核磁共振仪、红外光谱仪等对乳液粒径大小、粒径分布及结构进行了测试表征,并配合交联剂、催化剂用于人造涤纶丝的后整理.结果表明:乳液的离心、贮存、弱酸碱及电解质稳定性良好,乳胶粒大小均匀、形状规则,平均粒径为188.2 nm,Zeta电位为+35.61 mV;整理后的涤纶丝获得了滑爽、柔软的手感,同时具备优良的蓬松、回弹性能.%A reactive silicone emulsion was synthesized by cationic emulsion polymerization using oc-tamethylcyclotetrasiloxane (DJ, N-3-aminoethyl--y-aminopropylmethydimethoxysilane (HD-103) and octadecylm-ethyldimethoxysilane (HD-118) as monomers. The particle size, distribution and chemical structure of silicone emulsion was characterized by transmission electron microscope (TEM), laser particle size analyzer, 'H-NMR and IR. The emulsion was applied in the finishing of polyester fiber together with crosslinking agent and catalyst. The results indicated that the emulsion had good centrifugal stability, storage stability and resistance to electrolyte and acid-alkali. The latex particles had uniform size and regular shape, which had 188.2 nm of average diameter and +35.61 mV of zeta potential. The finished polyester fiber acquired smooth and soft hand feeling as well as excellent fleeciness and elasticity.
