不同溶剂C、N共掺杂纳米TiO2的低温制备及可见光下光催化性能研究

         

摘要

以四氯化钛、葡萄糖、尿素为原料,醇水和水作为溶剂,采用低温一步法制得C、N共掺杂纳米TiO2.通过XRD、UV-Vis、BET、TEM等手段对样品进行表征.结果显示,反应溶剂对晶型有一定影响,而掺杂不同元素对晶型无影响,且各个样品的晶粒均小于10 nm,以醇水作为溶剂时制得的样品晶粒更小;掺杂使催化剂的光吸收带均向可见光偏移,掺C和C/N的样品特别明显;各个样品的比表面积都较大.分别以罗丹明B和苯酚作为模拟污染物,在可见光下评价了C/N-TiO2的光催化性能,发现其光催化活性较P25强,采用醇水溶液制备的样品光催化活性更强.%C,N co-doped TiO2 were successful y prepared with titanium tetrachloride, glucose and urea by a low-temperature one-step method in alcohol aqueous solution and water, respectively. The samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), UV-Vis diffuse reflectance spectroscopy (UV-Vis), BET specific surface area and transmission electron microscope (TEM) determination. It was found from XRD patterns that the solvent type played more important role than ion type, and the crystal ite sizes of perepared samples were less than 10 nm. And the crystal ite sizes of samples prepared in alcohol aqueous solution were much smal er than those in water. The UV-Vis diffuse reflectance spectra of samples showed a shift to the absorption in the visible region, and it was particularly significant for C doped and C/N co-doped TiO2 samples. BET determi-nation indicated that al samples had large special surface area. The photocatalytic performance of C/N-TiO2 un-der visible light was evaluated by the degradation of rhodamine B and phenol. The photocatalytic activity of C/N-TiO2 was more effective than P25, and moreover, the C/N-TiO2 prepared in alcohol aqueous solution showed higher efficiency than those prepared in water.
