活性红195对苎麻纱线的液氨染色性能研究

         

摘要

采用环氧丙基三甲基氯化铵对苎麻纱线进行阳离子改性.对未改性和阳离子改性的苎麻纱线,使用活性红195在液氨中于-35℃,浴比1:35,染色时间10~600 s,染料用量1%~100%(omf)进行染色;染后在100℃下焙烘10 min.结果表明阳离子改性可提高染料竭染率、固色效率和耐水洗色牢度,但稍微降低耐摩擦色牢度.未改性和改性苎麻纱线在液氨染色中,染料的竭染率随染色时间的延长而增加,分别在60 s和180 s时达到染色平衡,其对应的竭染率分别为21%和34%;未改性苎麻纱线的固色效率在40%~76%,而改性苎麻纱线则高达100%.未改性和改性苎麻纱线在液氨染色中的染料竭染率随染料用量的增加而下降;未改性苎麻纱线的固色效率在25%~34%,而改性苎麻纱线则从染料用量50%(omf)时的100%下降到染料用量100%(omf)时的85%.但是,2种纱线的单位质量染料吸附量都随着染料用量的增加呈直线上升的趋势.%Cationic modified ramie yarn was prepared with 2,3- epoxypropytrimethylammonium chloride agent. Subsequently, the control and cationic modified ramie yarns were dyed in liquid ammonia with Reactive Red 195 at a liquor ratio of 1:35 with 1%~100%(omf) of dye concentration at- 35 ℃ for 10 s to 600 s. After dyeing, the samples were cured at 100 ℃ for 10 min. The results showed that the cationic modification in-creased the dye exhaustion and fixation, and improved the washing fastness, but decreased the rubbing fast-ness. The exhaustion percentages of both control and cationic modified ramie yarn were increased with the in-creasing of dyeing time, and the equilibrium was reached at 60 s and 180 s with 21% and 34% of exhaustion percentage, respectively. The fixation values of control ramie were between 40%~76%, while the cationic ones were approaching to 100%. The exhaustion percentage of both samples decreased with the increase of dye concentration. The fixation efficiency of control ramie yarn were fluctuated in the range of 25%~34%; in contrast with the control one, the cationic modified sample decreased to 85% at 100%(omf) from 100% at 50%(omf). However, for the dye adsorption capacity per unit weight, both samples were linearly increasedwith the increase of dye concentration.
