花生壳的改性及其对酸性品红的吸附

         

摘要

The modification of peanut shel s and the adsorption of acid fuchsin on modified peanut shel s were investigated. The results showed that the optimum modification conditions were as fol ows: the solid- liq⁃uid ratio of peanut shel s and 0.04 mol/L potassium permanganate was 1∶5, and the modification time was 30 min. The optimum adsorption conditions of modified peanut shel s were as fol ows: 0.7 g modified peanut shel s selected with size of 90 mesh were dispersed in 100 mL of acid fuchsin solution with concentration of 30 mg/L at pH=2 for 60 min. The highest acid fuchsin decolorization rate was 93.10% under such conditions. The residual fuchsin solution in the suspension was calculated as dilution multiples of 40 times, which was lower than the class A of "integrated wastewater discharge standard" (GB 8978- 1996). From the practical appli⁃cation, when the concentration of peanut shel s was 0.5 g/100 mL, decolorization rate was 79.66%, and the re⁃sidual fuchsin solution in the suspension was calculated as dilution multiples of 60 times, which was up to the class B of "integrated wastewater discharge standard" (GB 8978- 1996). Isothermal adsorption experiments showed that the kinetic for adsorption of acid fuchsin on modified peanut shel s correlated wel with Freun⁃dlich equation.%研究了花生壳的改性及改性花生壳对酸性品红的吸附。结果表明,花生壳的最佳改性条件为:室温下,花生壳与0.04 mol/L高锰酸钾的固液比为1∶5,改性30 min;改性花生壳的最佳吸附条件为:室温下,于100 mL酸性品红质量浓度为30 mg/L、pH=2的水样中,投加90 mesh筛下改性花生壳0.7 g,吸附60 min。该条件下,酸性品红的脱色率为93.10%,稀释倍数为40倍,低于《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978-1996)中的一级标准;从实际应用的角度出发,投加量为0.5 g/100 mL时,脱色率达到79.66%,稀释倍数为60倍,达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978-1996)中二级排放标准;改性花生壳对酸性品红的吸附与Freundlich相关方程的拟合程度很高。
