数码印花图案设计技术研究

摘要

通过探讨数码印花图案设计的影响因素、数码印花图案的设计规律、数码印花设计的原则及加工技术,认为只有在充分了解印花面料特性、数码印花工艺与消费者因素的基础上,合理运用对称与平衡、渐变与节奏及反复与条理的图案设计规律,结合数码印花的加工技术,才能实现人机结合,提高生产效率,降低印花图案的设计难度与生产运营成本,实现数码印花图案设计、生产的智能化.%The influence factors, rules, principles and digital printing technology of digital printing design were studied to draw a conclusion that user-computer integration could be realized, the production efficiency could be improved and degree of difficulty of design printing design and production operating costs could be reduced on the basis of fully understanding the characteristics of printed fabrics, digital printing process and consumer factors, and reasonable application of the patten design rules of symmetry and balance, gradient and rhythm and repeatedly and coherent, which combined with digital printing process technology. It realized digital printing pattern design and intelligent production.
