PURPOSE: Provided is a production process of a digital printing textile sheet for direct printing which excludes separate desizing and refining process so that it shows cost reduction effect due to process reduction. CONSTITUTION: The production process of the digital printing textile sheet for direct printing comprises the steps of: (i) directly treating raw materials by chemicals wherein a bleach, an anti-static prevention agent and a yellowing prevention agent are mixed; (ii) coating by coating liquid wherein 2-12wt% of silica, 40-70wt% of water, 5-25wt% of ethylene vinyl alcohol, 2-25wt% of urethane resin, 5-25wt% of polyvinyl alcohol and 3-11wt% of a sticking agent are mixed; (iii) drying the coated raw material at 100-190deg.C for 1-15 minutes under 3 times; and (iv) using a cutting machine to cut as wanted size wherein the surface area of a knife is 2-60mm¬2 and cutting speed is under 15m/sec in cutting the raw materials.
