葡萄皮色素的提取及在棉织物染色中的应用

The nature pigment anthocyanins was extracted from the grape peel, which were raw materi⁃als obtained from discarded grapes with 90% ethanol solution. And the pH of solution was adjusted by citric acid. The absorbance of the extract was analyzed by orthogonal test, so as to obtain the best pigment extrac⁃tion process: temperature 80 ℃, time 110 min, pH=2, solid to liquid ratio 1∶6. Potassium aluminum sulphate was used as mordant for dyeing cotton fabric. The K/S value of the dyed silk was tested and analyzed, and it showed that the best dyeing method was post- mordant. The optimum dyeing processes were as fol ows:dye⁃ing time 60 min, pH=4, liquor ratio 1∶70, dyeing temperature 60℃.%以废弃的葡萄为原料，获取葡萄皮，用90%的乙醇溶液提取葡萄皮中的花青素，用柠檬酸调节溶液pH，通过正交试验分析提取液吸光度获得的最佳色素提取条件为：浸提时间110 min，pH=2，料液比1∶6，浸提温度80℃。用硫酸铝钾作为媒染剂上染纯棉织物，并经过正交试验分析比较染色织物的K/S值得到最佳染色方法为后媒染，最优染色工艺为：染色时间60 min，染液pH=4，浴比1∶70，染色温度60℃。
