从石榴皮中提取植物染料，通过正交试验优化得到的最佳提取工艺为：温度60℃，料液比1∶25，时间25 min，pH=8。以铝盐作为媒染剂对真丝进行预媒染色，最佳染色工艺为：pH=5，浴比1∶50，温度80℃，时间70 min。石榴皮植物染料用于真丝染色时，织物有较好的耐皂洗色牢度和耐摩擦色牢度，对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌有一定的抑制效果，上染真丝的多酚质量分数约为8.61 mg/g。%Natural dye could be extracted from pomegranate peel. Through orthogonal experiment, the best extraction process was obtained: extraction temperature 60 ℃, solid- liquid ratio 1∶25, extraction time 25 min, pH=8. The silk was pretreated with aluminum salt as mordant. The optimum dyeing process was pH=5, bath ratio 1∶50, temperature 80 ℃, time 70 min. When the pomegranate peel dye was used for silk dyeing, it had good performance on soaping and rubbing fastness. Besides, it also had a certain inhibitory effect on Esch⁃erichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus. The concentration of polyphenols on silk was about 8.61 mg/g.
